Christopher Cooke (Spiral Dynamics Integral)
An international senior manager, consultant, coach, confidante, counsellor,
trainer and qualified engineer, with over 20 years experience in pioneering
and supporting personal and organisational change.
Christopher's specialism in 'Natural Systems Change Management', is highly
appreciated by clients across a wide range of Public, Private, Profit and Voluntary
Sectors. He has become widely recognised for his interest and ability to support
innovation in thought, effective decision making and the development of practical
approaches to complex large-scale organisational and societal change. He believes
that he is in the business of creating 'learning habitats' in which individuals,
organisations and communities can make better quality decisions.
Christopher is a core team member of the International Spiral Dynamics Group
- Texas. This global role provides access to large scale initiatives and advisory
roles to many current leading organisations. Christopher's pioneering application
of Spiral Dynamics Integral was recognised in May 2001 with the Award of a level
3 certification and then in 2003 when he was awarded the Clare W Graves award
for ‘Ethical and Innovative Leadership’ - Texas May 2003.
Christopher holds a Masters Degree in Managing Change awarded through Sheffield
Hallam Business School and The Centre for the Study of Change. He also holds
an HND in Mechanical and Production Engineering and a BA in Environmental Monitoring
and Control through the Open University. Christopher is a Member of the Institute
of Management, Member of the Institute of Water Officers, Associate of the Chartered
Institute of Water and Environmental Management, Member of Institute of Directors,
an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), and
a Member of the International NLP Trainers Association.
