Total Corporate Responsibility
As an individual explores deeper into their own psyche he or she comes ever
closer to their own true values and ethics which inevitably are convergent and
benevolent to the greater whole. IHE does not teach ethics but helps people
to discover their own, the capacity to apply them in the workplace and their
uncompromising commitment to them. In turn as people establish their own ethics
and values, they become role models for those they manage or lead.
True corporate social responsibility emerges from within the organisation
and is not imposed from outside by consultants or autocratic leaders, and as
such they are sustainable. Total corporate responsibility takes the concept
a step further into the collective and demonstrates that far from being a net
drain on the corporate purse, total responsibility is not only viable but perhaps
essential for business survival.
IHE has its own code of ethics which can be viewed by clients on request,
and 5% of IHE profit is allocated annually to a charitable cause of choice.
