Basic Programs
Companies often want to use the coaching principles as the basis of a management culture change, or want a leadership or CSR programme. The minimum intervention is a 2-day course in each case with at least one follow-up day a month to six weeks later. A three day course with two follow-up days gives more depth and sustainability. Group size may vary between 8 and 18 with one or two leaders. All follow-up days are conducted by one course leader only.
